Update: Where We Stand

TMX Ecosystem says an ongoing review involving regulatory authorities has delayed its original timeline.

For the past two weeks, active work has been paused while the review examined code, marketing and management, including work under development and legacy systems. TMX Ecosystem cited the review as the direct cause of the delay.

During that period, the team reworked internal processes, reviewed potential optimizations and set out its next steps. That includes a commitment to publish a weekly newsletter with status updates and any background work that can be shared publicly.

Based on current information, the review is expected to conclude this weekend. TMX Ecosystem expects active work to resume on Monday, 21 September, and says it remains focused on meeting its end-of-year deadline with the planned adjustments.
